Ismael Saibari has taken another major step in his career after Bayern Munich finalized a deal to sign the Moroccan international from PSV Eindhoven for €55 million.
The transfer had been heavily rumored before Morocco's opening match of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, but Bayern moved quickly to complete the agreement after Saibari's impressive performance in the 1-1 draw against Brazil in New Jersey.
According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, all parties have reached a full agreement, with the versatile attacker set to join the German champions following the completion of his medical examinations in the United States during the World Cup.
Saibari, who has often played as a central attacker for Morocco despite operating mainly as a winger at club level, opened the scoring against Brazil with a brilliant chipped finish over goalkeeper Alisson Becker.
The 25-year-old enjoyed an outstanding 2025/26 campaign with PSV Eindhoven, registering 19 goals and 10 assists while helping the Dutch club secure a second consecutive Eredivisie title. His performances have now earned him a move to Bavaria, where he will begin a new chapter with Bayern Munich.
The Moroccan star is expected to travel to Munich after the World Cup to officially start his career with the Bundesliga giants.
